Terms of use
These terms apply to everyone who uses this website, whether you are registering for yourself or on behalf of a family member. Please read them before creating an account.

Accepting these terms
By creating an account or using this website you agree to these terms, our privacy policy and our safety guidelines. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make a significant change we will tell registered members by email or on their dashboard. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
A matrimonial service only
This website exists to help Muslim families find a suitable spouse for marriage. It is not a dating or friendship service. Profiles, interests and contact details may be used only for matrimonial purposes, and never for marketing, business enquiries or any other purpose.
Who can register
- The person a profile is for must be at least 18 years old, and must be of legal marriageable age under Indian law (currently 21 for men and 18 for women) before any marriage takes place.
- They must be legally free to marry, and must not be barred from marrying under any law that applies to them.
- A parent, sibling or relative may create and manage a profile on someone’s behalf, but only with that person’s knowledge and consent.
Your account
Keep your password private and do not share your account. You are responsible for everything done through it. If you think someone else has accessed your account, change your password straight away and let our team know.
Profiles and photos
Everything in a profile must be true, current and about the person the profile is for. This includes marital status, age, education, profession, family details and photos. Photos must be recent, must show the candidate clearly, and must be ones you have the right to share.
Our team reviews every profile before it goes live and may ask for changes, decline a profile, or remove content that is inaccurate, inappropriate or against these terms. A profile that has been approved has not necessarily been verified. See the verification section below.
How we expect members to behave
Treat every family with respect. You must not:
- send abusive, offensive, threatening or sexually explicit messages or material;
- create fake profiles, impersonate anyone, or create more than one profile for the same person;
- ask other members for money, or promote a product, service or another matrimonial website;
- copy, collect or share other members’ profiles, photos or contact details outside this website;
- keep contacting a family who has declined your interest or asked you to stop.
Viewing contact details
Approved members with a paid plan can view another family’s phone number and email. Each view uses one of the contact views included in the plan. Some plans also include contact details once a family accepts your interest. Contact details are shared in confidence. Use them only to discuss a possible marriage, and never pass them on to anyone else.
Membership plans and payment
Registration and a basic profile are free. The features, price and duration of each paid plan are shown on the plans page, and prices include taxes.
Payment is not taken online. When you request a plan, our team contacts you to collect payment by UPI, bank transfer, or cash or cheque at our office. A plan starts when we receive payment and switch it on, and it runs for the stated duration. If you renew before a plan ends, the new plan starts when the current one finishes. Plans do not renew automatically.
We may change our plans and prices at any time. A change never affects a plan you have already paid for. Refunds are covered by our refund policy.
Events
From time to time we run meetups and introduction events. Registering for an event is subject to the event details shown on its page and to our event policy.
Event registration is strictly non-refundable. Once you register, our team arranges the venue and deploys several people to manage the event, and incurs expenses for it. For that reason a registration fee cannot be refunded or transferred, whether or not you attend. The only exception is an event we cancel ourselves, as set out in the event policy.
Introductions by our team
When you ask for an introduction, our team approaches the other family on your behalf. We will do so with care and discretion, but we cannot promise that a family will agree to an introduction, or that any introduction will lead to a marriage.
Verification and your own enquiries
Where we have checked something, such as identity, a mobile number, education or profession, the profile shows exactly what was checked. Verification reduces risk, but it is not a guarantee. Before agreeing to a marriage, every family should make its own enquiries about the other family and follow our safety guidelines.
Suspending or closing an account
We may hide a profile, or suspend or close an account, if we reasonably believe it breaks these terms, contains false information, or puts other members at risk. A membership cancelled for this reason is not refunded.
You can pause or delete your profile, or delete your account, at any time from your account settings or our account deletion page.
Our responsibility
We provide a platform and a personal introduction service. We are not responsible for what members say or do, on or off this website, or for the outcome of any conversation, meeting or marriage. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for your current membership plan.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts at Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. Please contact us first. Most concerns can be resolved with a conversation.
