Every profile is written by the member or their family. This includes age, marital status, education, profession, income, family background, religious practice and photos. Our team reads each profile before it is published, and may ask for changes or decline it, but a review is not a check that every detail is true.

We are not responsible for information that is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. If you think a profile is false, please report it.

Where our team has checked something, such as identity, a mobile number, education or profession, the profile shows exactly what was checked. Anything not marked as verified has not been checked by us. Verification reflects what we saw at the time of the check, reduces risk, and is not a guarantee.

Photos are uploaded by members and may not show how someone looks today. Speak by video call, or meet with your families, before relying on a photo.

Before agreeing to a marriage, every family should confirm the important facts for themselves, through people and documents they trust:

• identity, age and marital status;
• family background and references;
• education, employment and income;
• health, and anything else that matters to your family.

We do not promise that you will find a match, that a family will reply to your interest, or that an introduction will lead to a marriage. A membership plan gives access to features; it does not guarantee a result.

We are not responsible for what members say or do, on this website or outside it, including at meetings and in any arrangement families make with each other. We act on every report we receive, and may remove anyone who breaks our terms of use.

Anything our team shares, on this website or in conversation, is general guidance. It is not legal, religious, medical or financial advice. Please consult a qualified person, such as an alim, a lawyer or a doctor, for advice on your own situation.
