Delete your profile or account

Ask us to delete just your matrimonial profile, or your whole SalehaShadi account. You do not need to sign in. We call the mobile number registered with us to confirm the request is yours, then complete it within 7 days.

What should we delete?

Delete my profile onlyYour profile is hidden at once and erased after 30 days. Your account stays.

Other families can no longer find or open your profile.
Until it is erased, you can restore it by signing in or asking us.
Then we erase your profile details, photos, partner preferences, interests, shortlist and introduction requests.
You can still sign in, and any running membership continues.

Delete my whole accountYour account and profile are erased together. This cannot be undone.

Everything listed for the profile, erased straight away.
Your name, mobile number, email address and notifications.
Payment screenshots and any plan request you have not paid for.
A running membership ends, without a refund for the time left.
